3rd Nailsea Rainbows experiments with science and space

3rd Nailsea enjoyed a fun afternoon experimenting with science. We mixed bicarbonate of soda, food colouring and vinegar together to see what happens, explored with magnets, tried to make clay float by making it into different shapes and put a glass over a lit candle to see what happens.

We also did some space themed activities learning about different planets and then learning how to be an astronaut. This was all followed up by learning about Thinking Day and WAGGGS with decorating the World badge of WAGGGS.
